Psychoanalysis & Human Crossings

"I know that life can place us before pains that seem impossible to cross. I offer a space of listening, understanding and working through these experiences, grounded in psychoanalytic technique."

"When pain finds words, something inside us begins to reorganize."

A space to
untie the knots

The psychoanalytic practice is an invitation for those who seek to investigate the impasses of their own existence. I offer a space to speak freely, so that we may work together with your mind in the search to untie the knots.

My listening is directed towards adolescents and adults who seek support in crossing moments of grief, the pressure of anxiety, the restlessness of anguish, the abyss of a profound sadness or depressive states.

An ethical space to name what hurts in the search to reorganize oneself internally.

I believe in accessible psychoanalytic therapy. Affordable rates and reduced-fee sessions available. Contact me for more information.

Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis are available in English.

An approach that
honours the whole being

I believe in a therapeutic space that embraces both mind and soul — where clinical rigour and sensitivity coexist. My practice integrates complementary traditions that see the human being in their totality.

🌿

The Good-Enough Environment

Inspired by Winnicott, I offer a space of genuine presence where the patient can exist without judgement. Therapeutic care as a mirror that reflects the essence, not the wound.

The Soul's Desire

Taoist wisdom reminds us that there is a natural flow in each life. Therapy as a space to reconnect with one's own desire — not an imposed desire, but one that emerges from inner silence.

Integrative Psychoanalysis

Freud and Jung as cartographers of the unconscious. And in cases of persistent trauma or phobias, symbolic access to deep layers of memory is possible through regressive work (regression therapy), honoring the mystery without reducing it to diagnoses.

"The goal is not to eliminate pain, but to learn to inhabit it differently — and discover that, beneath it, there is a life wanting to be lived."

The pain that
became a path

"It was at the threshold between death and birth that I found my truest vocation."

Life presented me with one of the most paradoxical crossings anyone can live: grief for my beloved husband arrived at the same pace as my son was announcing himself to the world. As one life departed, another was flickering into life. In that horizon between loss and arrival, I learned — with body and soul — what it means to cross the impossible.

It was not through theory that I came to understand grief. It was through the silence of sleepless nights, through the duality of crying and nourishing, of saying goodbye and welcoming. This transformative experience did not leave me more fragile — it offered me an identification in listening that no book could give: that of someone who went to the depths and returned with love.

Today, this personal crossing is the foundation of every space I offer you. I bring not only studies and technical knowledge, but the presence of someone who knows, from the inside, the strength that exists in human beings — which can emerge from necessity, but also from surrender and drift.

Training in Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychoanalysis (1028h), in accordance with the Brazilian Ministry of Health guidelines. Postgraduate-trained, with a solid academic and professional background, today focused on clinical practice, I work with psychoanalytic listening, conducting processes in a welcoming and careful manner, respecting the pace and the uniqueness of each person.

Words that
found breath

On this journey, what sometimes keeps us standing is knowing that others have also found words for the unspeakable. Here are echoes from real people who have faced grief — phrases born from the need to find breath.

"It will pass, all of this will pass, it won't last forever — hold on just a little longer."
"I just need to endure the pain — simply enduring is already enough."
"It will be alright, not now, but soon it will be."
"Wow, how are you capable of going through all of this!"
"I need to carry on with the greatest dignity and honesty possible, to honour the privilege of having lived by your side."
"Missing you always hurts, but some days it hurts twice as much."
"One day at a time — sometimes, one minute at a time."
"I don't want to think about tomorrow, about anything else — I just want to be able to live today."

Shall we talk about death?

"To speak about death is, ultimately, to speak about life."

The Travessia Project was born from a personal and natural experience of working through the fear of death. Over years of study on the subject, I sought to lose this fear — and then, after the most transformative experience of my life, a new world emerged in my mind, and fear became admiration and love.

This is a space dedicated to exploring what our culture often tries to silence. Here, we bridge the sensitivity of Near-Death Experience (NDE) accounts and the depth of universal spirituality with the rigour of scientific and academic studies.

The mission of Travessia is to offer a safe harbour for those who need to cross this theme with courage and tenderness:

Palliative care

So that people in terminal states may know they do not need to fear the crossing.

Those in grief

To understand the continuity of love and the strength of the bond that remains.

Seeking meaning

To transform the fear of finitude into a life with more purpose, presence and peace of mind.
